FoodPeg Terms and Conditions

  1. Partner Restaurants needs to get themselves registered with FoodPeg. The validity of such registrations shall be 1 year. Aaerosoft Services reserves the right to cancel partner restaurant registrations without any prior notice, if found involved in any kind of misconduct.
  2. FoodPeg is an interface between the food lovers and partner restaurants. Partner -Restaurants are completely and solely responsible for their food and drink offers posted on FoodPeg.
  3. Partner Restaurants are completely and solely responsible for providing quality food / drinks as per the posted offer to the food lovers upon validating the coupon on FoodPeg
  4. Any issues related to the quality / quantity of food / drinks, to be handled by the Partner Restaurants on their own. FoodPeg cannot be held responsible for the same.
  5. Any copyright infringements to be reported to Aaerosoft Services in written or via email on admin@aaerosoft.com Please include the exact url in your infringement complaint.
  6. Aaerosoft reserves the right to review, amend, update, change these terms and conditions from time to time. Partner restaurants are expected to keep themselves updated with such amended, updated, changed terms and conditions. Continuation or usage of FoodPeg service will be considered as acceptance to such amended, updated, changed terms and conditions.
  7. Aaerosoft Services holds the copyright ownership of FoodPeg and all its logo, images, contents, services etc. Any usage of FoodPeg logo, images, contents, services etc, without the written approval of Aaerosoft Services will be treated as violation of its copyright laws. Any such violations will result in legal prosecution as per the provision laid in the Indian Penal Code Laws.
  8. FoodPeg assumes all its users’ minimum of 18 years old. If you are less than 18 years of age, please do not create users account on FoodPeg.
  9. Users are completely and solely responsible for all the actions, activities that occur in their account.
  10. Users, Food-lovers are expected to verify about posted food / drink offers and their validities from respective Partner Restaurants. FoodPeg cannot be held responsible by any means for miscommunication or unavailability of such food / drinks.
  11. Users or food-lovers can put their reviews and ratings. But reviews cannot be of following nature –
    1. Offensive either in content or language
    2. Obscene either in content or language
    3. Usage of dirty words
    4. Epithets either in content or language
    5. Abusive either in content or language
    6. Illegal either in content or language.
    Any non-compliance of the above may lead to immediate termination of the user account and may result in legal prosecution as per the provision laid in the Indian Penal Code Laws.
  12. Delivery of food item(s) by restaurant(s) shall be as per the first point of entrance of the delivery area and delivery address mentioned at the time of ordering the food. User(s) are solely responsible for the on-time collection of their ordered food items from given delivery area and delivery address. No requests related to change in delivery location at the time of food delivery shall be entertained.
  13. Cancellation / Refund Policy
    1. Users or food lovers are entitled to 100% refund, in the following cases –
      i. If the restaurant fails to deliver the ordered food items
      ii. If the order is cancelled by the restaurant
    2. No cancellation or refund is allowed if the difference between the delivery time and the attempted cancellation or refund time is less than 2 hrs.
    3. 50% of the total amount (exclusive taxes) shall get refunded to the users or food lovers provided the difference between the delivery time and the attempted cancellation or refund time is greater than 2 hrs and less than 4 hrs.
    4. 80% of the total amount (exclusive taxes) shall get refunded to the users or food lovers provided the difference between the delivery time and the attempted cancellation or refund time is greater 4 hrs.
    5. No partial cancellation to an order is allowed.
    6. Aaerosoft & FoodPeg reserves the right to cancel your order in the following situations and refunds shall be processed as per the above policy -
      i. Unavailability of items ordered by you at the time of order booking.
      ii. Force Majeure - Delivery failure due to situations beyond our or enlisted restaurants control.
    7. Above refund(s) policies are applicable to orders whose payments have been made at the time of booking or placing the order online through FoodPeg.
    8. No cancellation or refund allowed for coupons generated through offer model.
    9. All refunds must be routed through the same acquiring bank payment gateway through which the payment was made.
    10. No refund or cancellation is allowed due to incorrect delivery area or delivery address mentioned at the time of ordering the food item(s).
    11. All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Aaerosoft & FoodPeg and shall be final and binding.
